Kelvin Iweluegim is a self-motivated and highly accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in developing and implementing program strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and increase impact.
With over 12 years of experience in performance-based goal setting, partner management, internal team collaboration, and development of data-driven insights, he has built a proven track record of success with partners and stakeholders in multi sectors – including INGOs, government and private sector.
Kelvin serves as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Nivlek, setting the company's overall vision and strategy.
Samson Omamuzo – Director, Commercials
Omamuzo Samson is an experienced and results-driven product, marketing and growth professional with a proven track record in scaling products, and customers and driving revenue growth. Passionate about leveraging data-driven strategies, customer insights and innovative marketing techniques to propel companies to new heights. As the Director, Commercials, Omamuzo oversees the business, sales, marketing and growth function at Nivlek.
Akanji O.Abiodun–Director, Operations
Akanji Ololade Abiodun is an expert in Database and MEAL systems with over 10 years of experience developing robust information management systems across various sectors and leveraging data for decision-making. With a strong background in Computer Science and Information Management Technology, he is also a certified data analyst proficient in R programming, Tableau, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
At Nivlek, Abiodun leads the operational activities of the organization as the Director of Operations to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.
Emmanuel Amile – Director, Technical and Programs
Emmanuel Amile is a Project Management Professional with expertise in Program Planning, Program implementation, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation and Data management. With over 15 years of quality experience with international development and private sectors in Nigeria and other West African countries, Emmanuel has led Evaluations missions in the field of Agribusiness, Food Security, Livelihood, Blue and Green Economy, Conflict and Peace Building, Private Sector Development, Humanitarian Response and Rural Resilience.
He is professional member of renowned institutions which includes Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Association of Entrepreneurs and Technologists of Nigeria (ASETNig), Institute of Information Management Africa (IIMA), Nigeria Association of Evaluators (NAE), African Evaluation Association (AfrEA),American Evaluation Association(AEA) and Nigeria Institute of Taxation (NIT).
